Transparent, Fair & Professional Refund Guidelines of Nayaksh Yoga
The registration fee paid at the time of admission confirms your seat in the selected course or program. This amount is generally non-refundable as it secures administrative processing and batch allocation. However, in exceptional cases, management reserves the right to review refund requests.
If a participant cancels enrollment before the official course commencement date, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and must be formally requested in writing.
Once the course has started, fees are generally non-refundable. The institute allocates resources, faculty time, and study materials in advance. Therefore, participants are advised to carefully consider their commitment before enrolling.
For residential programs, accommodation and meal charges are calculated separately. Refunds for residential packages depend on occupancy commitments and advance bookings. Unused services may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
For online programs, once study materials or recorded sessions are shared, refunds may not be applicable. Access to digital resources constitutes service delivery, limiting eligibility for cancellation reimbursement.
In cases of genuine medical emergencies supported by valid documentation, refund or fee adjustment may be considered. The decision remains subject to administrative approval.
In certain circumstances, previously paid fees may be transferred to a future batch or alternative program. Transfer requests must be submitted formally and approved by management authorities.
Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days through the original mode of payment. Administrative verification is required before release.
