About The Journey

Holding a Master of Arts in Yoga from Jamshedpur University along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), she blends academic excellence with deep experiential wisdom in yogic science. Her foundation was further strengthened by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teachers Training Course (YTTC) through SKM, where she received structured and intensive training in anatomy, alignment, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy.

Crowned Winner of Next Top Model 2022, Jharkhand, she embodies both grace and strength, beautifully balancing outer confidence with inner awareness. She has taught more than 1000 students, guiding each practitioner with mindfulness, discipline, and personal attention. Her classes focus on transformation — reconnecting individuals with their breath, balance, and inner calm.

Having participated in 20+ conferences and attended over 100 seminars, she believes learning is a lifelong journey. Her excellence was internationally recognized at the Vietnam International Yoga Conference. As a member of SKM Yoga and NIH, she remains committed to authentic yogic traditions. For her, yoga is not just exercise — it is evolution, alignment, and awakening.
